Design Questionnaire
If you would answer a few questions it will help to get started.

For security reasons you will be asked to register to upload files .
1. Would you like to start with a package from Packages or prefer to describe the approximate # and types of pages that you would like?
2. What us the theme of your site? What are your requirements? Is it information only or would you like a Content Management System, member sign in and a database attached or something else?
3. What type of graphics do you have/want? Can you provide some for the design phase?
4. What quantity and type of text do you need? Can you provide some samples in a text file?
5. Do you have a specific design in mind? Do you want to submit your own design ideas or should I supply a sample for approval?
6. Do you have a specific color scheme or logo that you can provide?
7. Do you need a host or domain name?
8. Do you want to be hosted on HostMonster at a special package price or on your own server where I will deliver the entire site to you and you can upload yourself?
9. Do you have a specific budget limit? If so, how much?
10. List any other requirements.
If you can answer these questions then I can get a sample ready in a week or less and provide a proposal. You can get a general cost estimate from the packages. There is no money due unless you get to the completed site phase and you are ready to upload.
